Cardano Bloom Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”) is a family-owned cleaning business in Regina, Saskatchewan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you book online we ask for the details we need to do the job: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service and extras you chose, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep the details you share so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never stored on our website or seen by us. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy. If you choose “Book & Hold”, Stripe places a temporary authorization on your card rather than a charge.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and perform the cleaning you booked
• To send booking confirmations and receipts by email
• To answer your questions and follow up on your service
• To keep basic records for accounting and tax purposes

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make this website work: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet Canadian record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page for fraud prevention.
